Here begins the report of the Court of Uilliam and Constance at the Investiture of Their Heirs Brandubh and Hilderun, February 13 AS L, Drotinn Jorundr hinn Rotinn, Comet Pursuivant, reporting herald, with the assistance of Maistir Brandubh O'Donnghaile, Tabor Herald.

Their Excellencies thanked everybody who attended the event despite the weather.

Their Excellencies called before Them Rowan ni Naradhaigh and Lord Ffynthcor o Finndamh. These gentles have served the Barony long and well, as Gatekeepers of the Unitarian Church, arriving early and staying late at every event, as well as coordinating communication between the Barony and the Church ever since we first used it 4 and a half years ago. Their Excellencies wish to recognize this service to the barony be awarding them Gold Comets. Scrolls by Arianna of Wynthrope.

Their Excellencies next wished to see Kattera Doplerin. Kattera has shown an interest in pursing the art of fencing, and has been improving her skills. Their Excellencies like to see this, and as such awarded her a Red Comet. Scroll illuminated by Emily Eichenlaub with calligraphy and words by Odriana vander Brugghe.

Their Excellencies next read into record a letter of thanks from the Board of Directors about the generosity and thoughtfulness shown by THL Jussi Laplein during their recent stay for the October Board Meeting held here. Their Excellencies wished to further commend him and advise Their Majesties and Highnesses of the quality of THL Jussi.

THL Kieran MacRae was awarded a Gold Comet in abstentia for his many services in a variety of areas to the barony. The scroll is the work of Odrana vander Brugghe.

Their Excellencies next wished to speak to Lady Rivka bat Daniyel. Her service to the barony is much appreciated, she teaches others the arts she practices, she retains for Their Excellencies and for several sets of royalty, and she serves in kitchens and as event staff. For this Their Excellencies were pleased to award her a Gold Comet. Scroll by Frusina Bajor.

Lady Silence de Cherbourg was Their Excellencies next focus of attention. Silence is a bard of great skill, such that she has served as Baronial Champion, for this Their Excellencies awarded her a Blue-Silver Comet. Their Excellencies next awarded Fuji-na-san no Takako a Gold Comet in abstentia for her service as Baronial Chronicler and service at events. Scroll illuminated by Isabel Fleuretan with calligraphy and poem by Kameshima Zentarou Umakai.

Baroness Rowena Moore was awarded a Blue-Silver Comet in abstentia for her work as Fiber Arts Guild Mistress. Scroll illuminated by Constance Glyn Dwr with calligraphy by Frusina Bajor.

Master Janos Meszaros was awarded a Gold Comet in abstentia for his service to the Barony as A&S Minister, and cook for the Baronial Reception at Pennsic. Scroll illuminated by Fiora d'Artusio with calligraphy by Rachel Daliceux.

Lady Edana the Red was called before Their Excellencies. Her arts are much appreciated as her illuminations help bring the words and feelings of Their Excellencies to award recipients and her pewter castings are also very fine. The scroll is illuminated by Kathryn Tantzel with calligraphy by Kameshima Zentarou Umakai.

Lord Magnus Bastiano di Vigo was summoned before Their Excellencies that They might deliver the scroll commemorating his Red Comet to him. Scroll by Arianna of Wynthrope.

Hara-roku-i Kikumatsu wished all to know of the contest to determine her successor as Baronial A&S Champion to be held this day.

THL Cassandra Matis was called from the kitchens to attend Their Excellencies. Cassandra makes tasty cured meats, and cooks other tasty food. This pleases Their Excellencies and so They awarded her a Blue-Silver Comet. Scroll illuminated by Kathryn Tantzel with calligraphy by Kameshima Zentarou Umakai.

Their Excellencies next called before Them Maistir Brandubh O'Donnghaile and Mistress Hilderun Hugelmann. They then invested Brandubh as Their herald and summoned before Them Drotinn Jorundr hinn Rotinn, They further summoned Their Order of Copernicus. They discussed the services of Jorundr as herald and marshal within the barony. Thus they inducted him into the Order of Copernicus. Scroll by Antoinette de la Croix.

Her Excellency thanked the populace for the time she had spent as their Baroness, it was a pleasure and a joy. His Excellency told that preparation for this day was the hardest thing he had ever done, however They were not going away from the Barony though They were stepping down, They still intended to serve the Barony in what ways They can.
