The following the the report of the Court of Their Excellencies Byron and Ariella Baron and Baroness of the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands, court held at the Barony Populace Meeting on the Evening of September 10th AS xliii, THLord Brandubh O'Donnghaile reporting Herald.

The Baron and Baroness welcomed all to the first meeting of the academic year, especially all of those who are new to the Barony and new to the SCA.

The Baron then did call for his brownies, and did offer them to the assembled crowd.

Their Excellencies invited the Captain of Archers THLord Urho Walterinnen into Their Court. Urho spoke that it was his duty as a marshal and his pleasure to recognize individuals who have demonstrated their skills in the sport of Archery. Their Excellencies called Robert of the Debatable Lands into Their Presence. THLord Brandubh O'Donnghaile stepped forward and confirmed that Robert had achieved a Royal Rounds Average of 44 with his Longbow and this did qualify him as an Archery Marksman, Brandubh then presented Robert with a medallion bearing the badge of his new rank made by his hand.
