Barony Meeting

General Barony meetings are held bimonthly on the odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, & Nov). Barony Meetings are social meetings where everyone can gather and talk and enjoy the company of friends, and sometimes a fun theme or activity. No garb required. There may be some official business on occassion.

Normal Barony Meeting Rotation

Actual dates depends on event schedule.

January: To be held at Baronial 12th Night
March: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm. Theme is Guild Hall.
May: Sunday before Memorial Day, 1pm, to be held at the Marshal Activities site
July: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm, to be held at the Martial Activities site
September: 2nd or 3rd Thursday, to be held on campus before Dance Practice. Theme is Newcomers' Meeting.
November: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm, Theme is Harvest Revel.

Officers Meeting

1st Wednesday of every other month on the even numbered months, 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University). Officers meetings will also be held in conjunction with the bimonthly general Barony meetings.
