Barony Meeting
General Barony meetings are held bimonthly on the odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, & Nov). Barony Meetings are social meetings where everyone can gather and talk and enjoy the company of friends, and sometimes a fun theme or activity. No garb required. There may be some official business on occassion.
- September Barony Meeting will be held on September 2nd at 7pm in the University Center's Peter/Wright/McKenna Rooms on CMU's campus, to be immediately followed by Dance Practice. There is a parking garage near the building, and it is free at that time of night. Contact the Seneschale for directions. Theme is Newcomers' Meeting. Please wear garb if possible.
Normal Barony Meeting Rotation
Actual dates depends on event schedule.
- January: To be held at Baronial 12th Night
- March: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm. Theme is Guild Hall.
- May: Sunday before Memorial Day, 1pm, to be held at the Marshal Activities site
- July: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm, to be held at the Marshal Activites site
- September: 2nd or 3rd Thursday, to be held on campus before Dance Practice. Theme is Newcomers' Meeting.
- November: 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 1pm, Theme is Harvest Revel.
Officers Meeting
1st Wednesday of every other month on the even numbered months, 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University). Officers meetings will also be held in conjunction with the bimonthly general Barony meetings.
- August Officers' Meeting is on Wednesday, August 18th, at 8pm on CMU's campus in Porter Hall.
