Membership in the Society for Creative Anachronism is not required to attend SCA events. Our only requirements are that you must behave as a noble and honorable lord or lady, you must pay the entrance fee as appropriate, and you must wear garb of medieval or renaissance style. Upcoming Demos
The Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands holds a number of public demos during the year where people can learn more about our local group. We also hold educational demos for schools and similar groups from time to time, focusing on the history and arts of the middle ages and renaissance. Note that since our demo program relies on volunteer effort from people who are not doing this professionally, lead time is vital, especially for demos during the work day.
