C.H.A.T.

C.H.A.T. stands for chirurgery, hermetics, arts, and technology, which are mostly what we talk about. We were formed as an oasis of conversation on period subjects. For example, some past topics of conversation include scavenging/doing without, hell, and alchemy.

Meetings are on the fifth Wednesday of the month. Each participant brings food or drink for a potluck supper. At 7pm, we eat. At about 8 we talk. The subject for the next meeting is decided upon. At about 10pm people go home. Meetings of about 8 to 15 people are generally held at the home of Mistress Achren (1753 Beechwood Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15217)
